Charleston Real Estate Market Report
The month of June 2010 saw 38 homes sold on the Charleston peninsula. Homes sold with an average sales price of $643,156. Homes averaged 215 days on the market. With an average list price of $677,397 sellers are, on average, receiving 95.68% of their list price.
