I mean, if you live in Charleston, you live in one of the friendliest cities in United States, right? Its only right that we continue this tradition so here are a few tips:

1. If you see a SOLD sign in front of a house that has been vacant, get ready for some new neighbors.
2. Find out who will be moving in.
3. Consider making or preparing something as a caring gesture for your new neighbors.
4. Meet your new neighbors in person.
5. Keep the first conversation short and to the point.
6. Offer to host a welcome dinner or barbecue for them.
7. Continue to greet your new neighbors.
